Who you are agreeing with
These terms are between you and Ar.Bhavesh Panse, an independent growth marketer operator based in San Jose, California, operating arbhaveshpanse.com. There is no separate company or agency behind this site.
What this site offers
Three things live here, and they carry different terms:
- Free content. Blog posts, playbooks, case studies, and the calculators at /tools. All of it is provided for general information and planning purposes.
- A free breakdown call. Booked through Topmate. No payment is involved, and no obligation is created by booking or attending it.
- Paid engagements. Creative testing sprints, an embedded growth operator arrangement, or a fractional or equity advisory seat. None of these are sold as a fixed product with an instant checkout on this site. Scope, price, timeline, and payment terms are agreed individually, in writing, before any paid work begins.
No guaranteed results
Case studies on this site, including the ZuAI numbers, describe real, historical results from a specific engagement. They are not a promise, guarantee, or typical outcome for any other business. Results depend on your product, market, budget, timing, and execution, most of which are outside any operator's control. Full detail is in the disclaimer.
The calculators
The tools at /tools compute results client side, in your browser, from the numbers you enter, using general formulas. They are estimates for planning purposes, not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and not a substitute for your own judgment or a qualified professional.
Booking, cancellation, and refunds
The free breakdown call can be rescheduled or cancelled through Topmate's own booking tools at any time before the call. For a paid engagement, cancellation and refund terms are set out in that engagement's written agreement, since a 10-day creative sprint and a monthly embedded engagement do not share the same terms.
Intellectual property
The writing, playbooks, calculators, and case studies on this site are owned by Ar.Bhavesh Panse. Free resources are for your own personal or business use. Republishing, reselling, or presenting this content as your own is not permitted without written permission. Testimonials and named case studies appear with the permission of the people and companies named in them.
Third-party links
This site links to Topmate, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other third-party services for convenience. I am not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of any site I do not operate.
Limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including any warranty that a stated result will be achieved. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for any paid engagement is limited to the fees actually paid for that specific engagement, and there is no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that affects an active paid engagement, that change will be communicated directly rather than only updated here. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last revision.
